「Rooms clean and tidy. Sink was blocked and took 18 hours to be assigned a new room even though the place was almost empty. Staff are virtual and kept getting told they had to wait for manager approval. Some beds were good but the double bed in the new room was awful and needs replacing.」
「The room was small but very nicely renovated with amazing amenities. Good location. There was a bit of noise in the hallway at night as we stayed on a Friday night. Food was great we got room service. Bed was very comfy and shower was lovely」
