  • Welcome to this spacious, quiet & peaceful desert retreat in the center of all the action in Rancho Mirage. Located in the "presidents' playground", you are just moments away from shopping, excellent restaurants, world class golf, and loads of cultural and recreational activities.

    This luxury home is close to 3500 sq ft sitting on over 16,000 sq ft of land. Flourished with greenery and palm trees, this is the ultimate desert oasis to unwind and relax.

    Your home away from home awaits you with 10' high ceilings, large open floor plan with spacious living, dining, kitchen, nook, and den/game rooms. Every corner of the house is a different setting to relax and let your mind rest at ease. The house is decorated with large comfortable furniture with rustic design. The two entertainment areas each include 60' Samsung LED HDTV's with digital cable box. The living room includes an oversized deep sectional. The den also doubles as a game room with a professional 12' shuffleboard table.

    With 3 different access points, open up to a tropical backyard filled with a spacious salt water swimming pool with raised jacuzzi and beautiful waterfall feature. Large grass areas with tall palm trees allow for fun for the whole family. Wireless SONOS stereo system provides plenty of music for the backyard. A state-of-the-art tiki style built-in BBQ island fulfills an entertainer's dream, built strategically away from the covered patio to not disrupt those relaxing. The covered patio area contains seating for 12 with commercial grade misters and a large ceiling fan to keep everyone cool. At night, the backyard turns into a romantic getaway with spotlights shining through the palm trees and nicely lit grass areas for nighttime fun. Very beautiful

My wife and I celebrated our golden wedding anniversary during our 1 month stay at this beautiful home. This home is huge and the bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and friends who came to visit. It was so handy to have a full laundry room. The house was well stocked with everyday needs (paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc) to get us started. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with spices as well as other food staples. Raymond was very responsive to any other questions or needs that we had. The pool, spa, and patio areas were awesome. There were plenty of beach towels for everyone. From ages 9-71, we all enjoyed our time there very much. All in all, it was a wonderful relaxing getaway. A true celebration!

Fun holiday home!

This is our second stay at this property. It is located in a quiet, gated community and close to shopping and restaurants. The property is spacious with a nice pool and green space. It is a well equipped home with lots of seating area inside and outside. Thanks again Raymond for a great holiday in a great home and we look forward to our next visit!!

Fun week in the sun

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful ranch. The house was very large and fit our family very comfortably. The backyard space was spectacular. The pool was awesome and great for the grandbabies. The house is located in a very nice upscale neighborhood which is close to lots of local restaurants. Raymond was great to work with and was very prompt in addressing any issues we encountered with the house.

Wonderful Home & Fabulous Location

My family and I were so very fortunate to have been able to spend the holidays in this beautiful home in Rancho Mirage. We get together every year at this time as we are spread out across the country, and it couldn't have been a better choice for us! The home is extremely spacious with the bedrooms located on one side of the house and the family room(s) and kitchen on the other end. If you got up before everyone else you didn't have to worry about making noise and/or waking a sole. The main sitting room has french doors leading to the beautiful patio and swimming pool which our children (boys ages 11 & 13) enjoyed everyday. The mid day warmth of the desert was perfect for sitting outside and listening to music through a great surround sound system. The location is also fabulous and convenient to grocery stores, downtown Palm Desert and about 45 minutes from Joshua Tree. Inside the development we enjoyed riding our bikes and playing pickle ball everyday where the courts are located right across the street from the house. And finally I would be remiss if I didn't mention anything about the owner Ray and how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions. He was available the entire week if we needed anything and was great in returning emails prior to our stay. We are grateful that Ray opened up his home to our family. Thank you very much for an amazing stay in California!

The home is very nice and spacious. The owner Ray was very attentive to our needs. The place is very family friendly especially the backyard pool area, not to mention it’s a beautiful area. The neighborhood is gated, beautiful and close to everything you need. Thanks Ray!

A Perfect Setup for our Annual Trip to the Desert

A group of us come to the desert every year to visit with some friends and family who live out there. We tried to book this location last year, but it was already booked, so I tried again this year and we were able to book it! The house was big, clean, and PERFECT for our group. There is just about everything you could possibly want or need. There were even pool toys, although we brought a ton of our own. The kitchen was huge and having the two seating areas is great to seat the kids at their own table. They loved that. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Can we talk about the yard and pool??? Amazing! Having the grass sides provided an area where the kids could run around with water balloons and not slip or burn their little feet. The sprinklers came on at various times throughout the day, which provided some additional fun for the kiddies, while keeping the grounds lush and green. The patio with the large table and plenty of seating was spectacular and the misters provided extra cooling, especially with the fan on! We've stayed at a few rentals out in the desert, but like I said, this one was perfect for our group and had everything! If I had to say anything negative, it would be the water pressure was a little low, however, I believe regulators are a requirement or law, so that's understandable with the CA drought and all that, so no biggie. The 3 garage was also a bonus, in that we didn't have to have all our cars baking in the hot sun for a week. The extra fridge in the garage was also a bonus and was put to use. The BBQ was huge and the outside bar refrigerator was just another perfect amenity and kept drinks cold! The laundry room is huge and stocked with paper goods and detergent so we were able to get some laundry done too. The house is close to grocery and other stores as well. Raymond, the owner was a pleasure to work with and we gave him a run for his money, as we had to switch dates around a few times, and he was very gracious and accommodating. We will definitely consider coming back here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful, comfortable and accommodating home.

Great House for a Getaway

My family was visiting from the UK, and we decided to rent this house for 4 nights. Raymond made the experience seamless. Raymond and I communicated with ease, and his responses were very timely and appreciated. The house is beautiful, large, well maintained, and had all we needed for our home away from home. The hot tub and pool are great, and we spent a lot of time outside, enjoying the great weather. The location is so convenient. Grocery store within walking distance was a huge bonus.The complex is quiet, and secure. We enjoyed just being together and having a lot of fun. Thanks for a great time. We had a blast!

Great location and vacation home!

We stayed in this home for the month of March 2017 and we were very happy with the property and the location. A grocery store was within walking distance and there were many amenities with the property. This home was also very well equipped. We enjoyed the pool, loungers and there was lots of seating for outdoor meals. We would definitely consider renting this home in the future. Thanks for a great holiday!

Great house for family vacations

This was a great house for our group of several adults and kids. We initially picked the house because it looks so well-taken care of and seemed to have something for everyone and we were right. We appreciated that the house was well-stocked and had all the basics we needed. House is spacious so our different families had plenty of room and loved the variety of activities available (shuffleboard and darts, ping pong and of course pool and hot tub with plenty of pool toys). We also were pleasantly surprised by baby items in the house (high chair, play pen, exersaucer). The layout of house with two dining areas and two living rooms was great for a large group to be comfortable. Back yard is large with great BBQ area and sitting areas. The children’s museum and grocery store within walking distance/short drive of the house was also a nice bonus. We also liked that the community also had tennis courts / green spaces for the kids to go and play. We’d definitely stay here again and appreciated that the owner was readily available with any questions. It made for a nice, relaxing vacation.

Excellent Experience!

We stayed at the desert house for five days in early January and highly recommend this property! It's exactly as advertised - spacious, functional, and inviting. Our group consisted of seven people, including one infant. We spent most of our time in the backyard lounging by the pool or soaking in the hot tub. The yard is extremely well maintained - the pool and hot tub are easy to control, the grassy area is quite large, and there's lots of seating and tables. We cooked all our meals at the house using either the outdoor BBQ area or the very functional and well stocked main kitchen, and the two dining areas easily accommodated us. Inside the house, we took full advantage of the Sonos wireless audio system, the suffleboard table, and the ping pong table. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable - especially the master with its massive ensuite and walk-in closet - and the living areas were more than we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised how child friendly the house is. It has a highchair, a mobile play station, playpen, and lots of pool toys. Other than a shopping trip when we arrived, we didn't need to leave the house for anything! The location is good, too. Although we mostly stayed at home, we ventured out for a desert hike and went up the tramway. Both were a short drive from the house - about 20 minutes away. Easy drive to and from the Palm Springs Airport as well. Lastly, the owner/host is excellent. He responded quickly to all inquiries ahead of our arrival and was easily reachable once we got there. We didn't need anything beyond what the house had but he checked in regularly just in case - he really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Overall, this is a great property and excellent value for the area and amenities. We would definitely go back!

Ending the summer with a BANG!!!

I took my daughter and grandchildren out for one last vacation before school started and what a wonderful time we had. The house is so spacious and fully stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The large kitchen has everything you need to cook inside and outside on the nice size bbq as well. The layout of the house is perfect it gives you separate areas to relax or play games in with over sized comfortable furniture. You will never feel crowded in this house. The bedrooms are all a nice size and the master suite is without a doubt a 5 star. The backyard is perfect with a great grass area and the misters really come in handy when the temperature hits over 100. At night the lighting is absolutely beautiful and peaceful if feels like you are at a resort.. It is definitely a place we will visit again. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone that wants to get the best out of their vacation. The home owner was very nice and easy to work with and he responded quickly with any questions that we had.

Family Fun

My husband and I with our two small children as well as my mother-in-law and sister-in-law stayed a week at this amazing home. The house is very spacious, light and bright. Between the two living rooms, shuffle board, ping pong table, dart board, pool and spa, there are lots of fun things to do! We only left the house a couple of times. We all loved the pool and spent most of the time in it. We enjoyed eating outside at the table for all of our meals and barbecued almost every night. The children had fun running around on the big grass area in the backyard and playing in the spacious house. All of the rooms are nice, especially the Master bedroom. The master bathroom is huge and so is the closet, which were both wonderful to have. When it was time to leave, we did not want to go and if we didn't have to get back to work, we would have stayed longer! I hope to return to stay there again in the near future. Raymond, the owner was very accommodating and a pleasure. I would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful home.

Family Spring Break

We spent 8 wonderful nights at this beautiful home for spring break with 3 families of four and felt we had plenty of room. The home is spacious, well-maintained, and not over-decorated. The kids and adults absolutely loved the pool/spa and good-sized back yard with plenty of patio seating. There were pool toys and a ping-pong table in the garage. The location is perfect: Just across the street from this lovely gated community is a Gelson's grocery store with a Peet's coffee shop inside. It is just minutes from The River which has some nice shops and restaurants. We got out and explored every day and it didn't matter which direction we were headed, everything felt very close because this is such a central location. Raymond, the owner, was very attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Winter Retreat

We spent the winter at this wonderful home in Rancho Mirage. The house is so large and open. All the rooms are oversized. We had many friends and relatives come visit. The property is as described and well maintained. Raymond, the owner, was attentive, responsive and great to work with. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. I would recommend this property without reservation.

Great house, awesome backyard, super owner.

Our family of 4 stayed at this home for spring break, and we didn't want to leave! The house is huge and great for families with kids. The 2 living rooms allowed for some separation if we needed. The house is comfortably furnished with large couches and not over furnished where you are constantly worried about something getting broken. All the bedrooms were large including the master which is enormous. With 3 full bathrooms this house could have easily handled 2x the # of people we had. The backyard was awesome, with a Large patio/pool area and an equally large grass area, which I find is rare in the desert and very nice to have. We enjoyed the pool/spa, the BBQ, the outdoor stereo, and the undercover patio table area throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the community that the house was in and the fact that it is gated and has tennis courts within the community that we were able to use. Last, but certainly not least was the home owner, Raymond. He was very easy to work with and facilitated what ended up being the smoothest aspect of our vacation. (Unfortunately the airline travel process was not as smooth) We had one request come up during our stay and he was able to fulfill it quickly. Thank you again. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home to rent in the desert. You won't be disappointed.

Gorgeous home, great owner

I stayed here with my family of 8 for the week of President's Day Weekend. Let me tell you something…the pictures don't do this house the justice it truly deserves. We felt like we were in heaven as soon as we stepped foot into the house. The kids had the time of their lives running around this huge, spacious backyard…and it's positioned perfectly to where sitting under the patio roof, you can see the entire yard. The bedrooms were nice and big, beds were super comfortable, and both living room areas have the most comfortable couches which you just want to take home with you. I wish I can give this house 10 stars instead of 5.
