Property features private, gated entry courtyard, private pool and spa with stunning views of mountains, 3 bedrooms with 2 master suites (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) each with shower and soaking tub. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets. Two separate workspaces available with reliable internet access. Full size washer and dryer. Panoramic windows from living room and kitchen to take in the beautiful views! Located near some of the desert's best golf and shopping. Grocery store and restaurants less than a mile away. Hiking trails are 5 miles away. Walking distance to Westin Mission Hills for food and entertainment. Property kept in pristine condition with gardener and pool service included two times per week. Two car garage. Built in bar-b-q on back patio. For fun, there is a ping pong table, pool noodles, hand weights and yoga mats included! This property is one not to miss!

Fabulous condo right on the golf course and exceptionally appointed!

We spent the month of April in this wonderful townhome and felt instantly comfortable upon our arrival. The space was clean, freshly updated and included everything we needed and more! We loved watching the golfers from the patio, the fabulous view of the mountains and dipping in our personal pool as we pleased. Jacqui and Matt are exceptional hosts who responded quickly and thoughtfully to any questions we had and kindly addressed our very late night arrival needs and also the important item accidentally left behind (my favorite golf shoes.) You will not be disappointed in your stay!

Perfect Home, Neighbors and Community

Jacqui and Matt are amazing host. Their home is comfortable and perfectly located in one of the best communities is Rancho Mirage. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, patio well equipped with a large dining table for family meals, lounge chairs and a perfect view of the mountains. We felt right at home enjoying the open living space and relaxing around the pool and hot tub while looking at the golf course, mountains and sunsets. This home has everything you need for a lovely vacation or for our family a new environment to work from - Wi-Fi is great.

Expectations Exceeded

We had a wonderful family vacation over the month of November 2020. The owners were great, and reached out to provide any special needs. The home is updated and modern with everything anyone could need to feel at home. The location has a spectacular view, that we enjoyed each sunset. Highly recommended !
