「The room was spacious and very clean! The staff was very friendly! The breakfast in the morning was different everyday except the essential staples. It's right by Meijer which was wonderful when we needed things and in the room you can't hear any of the noise going on outside. 」

「Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted...

「Communication was great, and she was unbelievably accommodating given our circumstances. My kids had to drive up from Ohio to say goodbye to their Grandma, who was on hospice, and she was really flexible on our checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. 」
