Adorable 300 sq ft private studio suite within the house - living area, queen bed, kitchenette with table, bath, and back deck. Private entrance, no shared spaces.

Kitchenette has mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, and large sink.

One mile from downtown and walkable to Chavis Park as well as a greenway with e-bikes for rent!

***This is a single family home that has been divided into two separate rental units. Each unit is a separate private unit with it's own entrance, but the sound of footsteps and voices does travel easily between the units so I ask that guests please respect their noise level, especially after 10pm.***

Great Stay

Overall, it was a great stay and Darla was a lovely host. The unit itself is perfect for a nights rest and it had everything a couple could need for a few more nights as well. My only main issue were the tenants right next to me, in the connecting unit. Not to be a player hater but constantly hearing love making sessions especially at 8 in the morning was annoying. When we arrived it was the same issue. I mean if I'm going to pay to be here, and have to listen to that, I'd at least like the option to get to pick the participants that I'm forced to listen to-While we understood that we would be hearing some noises, we didn't know that the sounds would be that prominent. So while, the location and unit itself is in great shape, it did feel as if I was back in my beginner apartment where you could hear everything and it did damper the experience a bit.
