Our home is designed for both casual comfort and enjoyment. The dining room easily seats six or more guests, perfect for memorable meals. For more relaxed gatherings, the eat-in kitchen table provides an ideal spot for casual meals. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove with four burners, an oven, microwave and refrigerator. You'll find all the cooking basics, including dishes, silverware, glassware, blender, toaster, tea kettle and Keurig brew/single coffee maker to start your mornings right.

Outdoor Oasis & Grilling Fun
Step out onto your private, fully fenced backyard, an ideal space for grilling, relaxing and letting the kids play freely. Enjoy lounging on the patio furniture. A gas BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are ready for your next cookout!

We've anticipated your every need, from work to play. A dedicated office space with an ergonomic chair and surge protector provides a quiet area for any work or study needs. For family fun, the garage houses a corn-hole game and soccer balls. Inside, you'll find a collection of board games, puzzles, and playing cards in the upstairs office cabinet.

Traveling with little ones? We've got you covered with a Pack'NPlay/travel crib (mini crib with sheets and blankets), a stroller, a high chair, children's books and toys (for various age groups) and children’s dinnerware.

Your comfort is our priority. The home features a brand-new central air conditioning and heating system, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. You'll find essentials like plenty of plush white towels, cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We also supply dark-colored washcloths, particularly for make-up removal. Each bedroom has black-out curtains to ensure a quality night's sleep for every guest. For your convenience, there's an in-unit washer and dryer (with detergent and dryer sheets), an iron and a hair dryer in each full bathroom.

We maintain a high-level cleaning process to ensure a fresh and welcoming stay. While we regularly perform pest control in our natural, suburban area, please notify us promptly if you spot any critter indoors, and we'll handle it. We kindly ask guests to refrain from using hair dyes, self-tanners, or glitter during their stay.

For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and first aid kits in each bathroom. Enjoy seamless connectivity with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection, and unwind with the HD Roku TV and a sound system. Free parking is available in the attached garage (2 spaces), driveway (2 spaces) and on the street.
