    ***This is a single family home that has been divided into two separate rental units. Quiet and very safe feeling neighborhood. Cleanliness was excellent. Kitchen was stocked well. Thoughtful items like books to read and a 100 things to do book. Clean coffee implements. Laundry room set up was nice. Neighboring tenant has the potential to be disruptive with noise.

Great location for conference attendance if not staying in downtown hotels. Know that the walls between the units are thin, so sounds carry. Enjoyed my time and would stay again.
