Great Location and Layout for Families

Great stay! The house had everything we needed, and the layout and location were perfect for our family. Our kids loved the game room in the garage, and the coffee was a nice touch. The host was responsive and helpful. The only minor issues were no hot water in the master sinks and some worn Roku remotes. Overall, very comfortable, we’d stay again!

NC State Swim Camp

Pros: We were 2 families that stayed in the home in mid June (4days, 5nights), while multiple kids went to the NC state residential swim camp (30min away). The first night was nice for kids to play in the game room before signing into camp the next day. House was clean, early check in was available, checkout was easy. House is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was 15-30min to lots of great breweries, restaurants and 2 city pools we could do lap swim in. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overall the house is older (old picture nails still on the wall), but clean, close to everything, and affordable. Cons: Not much kitchen cookware provided and couldn’t use the back patio since it’s been a while since it’s been cleaned. Game room is a converted garage, it was dark, hot, and basketballs were deflated, but the kids just stayed in the house for 1 night so it wasn't a big deal. They liked the air hockey and foosball tables. We didn’t have access to the neighborhood pool.

Family Fun

Our family was in Raleigh for a celebration of Life. We found your home comfortable, inviting, and fun. Our 3 teenagers loved the game room! The adults gathered around the unique dining table. We loved our stay! Thank you

Great location

Great location for the places we visited. Michael worked well with us when there was a mix-up about our checkout date, we appreciated that. House was clean but did need a a bit of updating. Game room was a plus!
