"Elevator didn’t work most of the time,didn’t have any electricity day time for 3 days,top floor restaurant extremely slow kitchen,night time decided to close for private party without telling the hotel guests,pools extremely cold water-all of them,except indoor pool,but to get to this pool you should walk through corridor which smell of urine was so strong so I throw up multiple times(the smell was coming from close by toilet and changing rooms) I can keep going with the complaints but you got my point "

"I really liked everything, all the communication was great from the beginning. We organized a retreat there and they made everything work for us, answered every question, took care of everything we needed. They also have a wonderful restaurant in Vodice, we recommend going. Super service, beautiful villa, fully equipped kitchen and they also have two dogs who brought us a lot of joy."
