"had a great couple of days, breakfast was good and the motel was clean , quite and in a good location "

"Stayed here many times over the years previous to Visy and have never paid for parking, I understand to charge if workers from nearby buildings were using but hotel guests should not be charged. The hotel is years overdue for an update, the hallways smelt and very run down. There was a fire alarm went off at midnight waking all from their sleep and it appeared that only one night manager on duty and one security guard, they both appeared to be “lost” and giving NO direction to anyone. The culprit for the alarm was a male in a room smoking. We didn’t even bother to stay for breakfast as couldn’t wait to leave. The second worst hotel I have stayed in and the actually worst in Hawaii was due for demolition - this should be on the list for this hotel."

"Room was fine but breakfast was really disappointing - the coffee machine and the pancake machine were broken. The pastries weren’t fresh and the mushrooms were old and dried out. Convenient for where we needed to be - the sports ground but take your own breakfast!"

"Some parking to far from entry to the hotel but felt safe to walk the distance, restaurant on site excellent "

"The standard queen room wasn't as described - no sofa bed, the 'free toiletries' were only soap at the basin. Could have used a kettle etc as had a fridge. Bathroom nice and spacious."

"Exceeded expectations. Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfy bed, close to bushwalks, and cafes/village, peaceful, quiet, fab fireplace, awesome spa, pretty trees. Nice staff. Excellent. Thank you! "

"Everything about this hotel was spectacular right down to the staff and amenties such a beautiful location if i didn't already have a wedding location sorted I would 100% chose the Crowne Plaza 10/10 definitely would recommend to my family and friends and would come back and stay again loved loved loved my stay"
