「元々ツインベッドの部屋を予約していたところ、チェックイン時ダブルベッドの部屋となっていましたが、快くツインベッドの部屋に変更をしてくださいました。日本に来たことがあるスタッフの方だそうで、とても温かい対応をしてくださったことに感謝しております。朝食も品数が大変多く、サーモンがとても美味しかったです！」

「Stayed with my Husband for 3 nights on a tour of Ireland. What a fabulous hotel right in the centre of Roscommon. The staff were great, our suite was superb and the breakfast was the best we had during our holiday. Will return for sure.」

「I wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel. The rooms are very basic but comfy bed. The gym and pool is open to the public so its busy. The hotel cleaners were very helpful but the reception staff were not. Our key card consistently didn't work and when we asked reception to order a taxi for us so we could get to our wedding they were not helpful at all - surely reception staff at a 4* hotel are capable of ordering taxi's for guests?」

「I was surprised at how welcoming the staff were at the hotel. Every spot seemed perfect for resting or taking a break. It felt like home. I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape.」
