Casavacanzekastalia 2 "La Rossa" is a holiday home with all the amenities of a resort, located within Athena Resort on the southern coast of Ragusa. Casavacanzekastalia offers modern comforts and all the appliances you need for stays in both winter and summer.



The house features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners with heat pump, and a washing machine are included. You will also have 2 private balconies and a barbecue in a private outdoor area.



Athena Resort is set in the Pino d’Aleppo Nature Reserve, in a strategic location for visiting the 8 Late Baroque Cities of the Val di Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, and more), and is situated between the Greek cities of Agrigento and Syracuse. The peaceful, natural setting is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a complete holiday.



From April to September, Athena Resort offers guests many included services: access to the Olympic-size pool with umbrellas and loungers, access to the private beach with umbrellas and loungers, shuttle service to the beach, daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children, a mini club with pool for kids aged 3 to 10, and free use of the gym by the pool.



Even when summer services are not active, you can use 6 tennis courts, 2 football pitches, and 2 outdoor playgrounds for children. We recommend requesting up-to-date information about available services via the platform’s messaging service before booking.
