Villa is for max. 6 persons ( inclusive children).
On the ground floor of the house are:
1 kitchen with living room and fireplace-stove,
3 double bedrooms,
2 bathrooms with shower / WC,
entrance, outdoor seating area.

The house is spacious, carefully furnished in Tuscan style and features fully equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerators, dishes, dishwasher, etc.

To use: private swimming pool (10 x5 ) + a small pool with shower, pergola, barbecue with tables and chairs, sun loungers,WI - FI, private parking, 1 acre garden (fenced), private entrance gate with remote control.

Here you will find the ideal setting if you want to enjoy peace and serenity to the fullest.

The big turnaround to all its guests a quiet place to stay to find and offers ideal opportunities for the children play safely.

In rental rates are inclusive of:
Taxes, gas for cooking, electricity,
Cold and hot - water,
weekly linen and tea towels change
final cleaning
Not included are:
towels ( please take yours or you can rent set of towels Euro 6.- / 1 person / week)
Use of washing machine: € 6. - per laundry (including washing powder)
Wood ( on consumption)
Heating (on consumption)

Family pets are permitted, under the following conditions:
- the pet owner will be responsible for the overall good behaviour of their pet;
- the pet will cause any damage to the property;
An additional fee of 40.- Euros/ 1 pet will be charged

Damage deposit of Euro 150,00 (in cash) for whole house is requested at the time of arrival ( It will be returned on departure).
