Our comfy 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for your big group, with several large common spaces to enjoy together.

We are just 25 minutes to Lane Stadium, 5 minutes to Radford University and 7 minutes to I-81.

Bedroom 1 (Main Level):
Two Double Beds w/ closet access

Bedroom 2 (Main Level):
One Double Bed w/ closet and dresser access

Bedroom 3 (Main Level):
Bunk Bed (2 Full-Size mattresses), Twin trundle mattress on floor w/ closet and dresser access.

Bedroom 4 - Master (Downstairs):
Queen Bed w/attached Bathroom
* Master Bath includes shower, deep soaker tub and double sinks

Three Full Bathrooms (2 on Main Level, 1 in Master)

Dining Area/Kitchen (Main Level):
Large eat-in kitchen w/ table that seats up to 12 people comfortably. Appliances include oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, electric kettle and Ninja blender.

Living Room (Main Level):
Adjacent to Dining Area. Conversational seating for a small group. Office workspace available.

Family Room (Downstairs):
Large space with sectional couch, TV with Roku on Wifi (Hulu, Amazon Prime, Beachbody on Demand), NES and SNES classic game consoles, Blu-ray player. Lots of additional floor space for your air mattress, if needed.

Patio and Backyard:
Outdoor dining and seating for 16+, 6-person hot tub, trampoline and swing set.
