"The apartment was perfect for the four of us! It had everything we needed. We had never skied Seiser Alm on the Kastelruth side it was awesome!! Free parking, and not as stressful as Sankt Ulrich! We will definitely ski there again!! Checking in was super easy, although we got there late in the evening (which I would not recommend it’s good to go to the first time in the daylight we had a little trouble finding it in the dark. "An sich war unser Aufenthalt dort gut. Die Unterkunft ist für bis zu 20 Personen und auch dementsprechend ausgestattet.Die Stockbetten sollten allerdings nur für Kinder geeignet sein. "8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "

"Amazing! Was there 2 nights and still didn't experience the whole place. Will absolutely come back! Highly recommend the stay and the food was divine. I would recommend brushing up on your German as there were few English speakers (though those that did were very accommodating) and signage was not very direct. A must see/stay! "
