Das Ambiente/Aussehen war super. Sehr zentrale Lage, aber durch Baustelle im Haus und Bahnhof sehr laut. Rezeption beim Empfang nicht fremdsprachig und fast nie besetzt. Roomservice extrem schwach, erst auf Nachfrage wurde Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt und die Handtücher getauscht. Kein Bettenservice. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig.

Personal sehr freundlich! Handtücher alt, grau und kratzig. Sauber aber viele kleine Mängel in der Ausstattung und Service. Schöne Räume aber sehr einfach und funktionell hergerichtet. Hunde dürfen mit und das ist ausschlaggebend!
