「The Hotel is nixe and built in modern Art deco inspired style.
It is not a huge hotel like other flagship Taj properties but that what makes it better if you like a quite room especially with balcony.」
「The hotel staff are exceptionally well-trained, truly living up to the reputation of the Novotel brand. However, I have one point to mention. I opted for the lounge access plan, assuming it would grant access to a typical business lounge on an upper floor during the day. In reality, the plan provides complimentary access to the bar lounge on the first floor during the 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM happy hour. Since the lounge often reaches full capacity, I believe this requires clearer explanation.」
「All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.」
「Really superb place to stay. Little inconvenient location for shopping/food etc. but very quite residential area. Good for family and kids. Int'l Airport is not far, Wifi works, 24h hot water, Satellite TV channels.
As next morning my flight was early morning, I was failed to wake them up over phone and missed their breakfast though I told previous day.」
「I enjoyed staying here. It’s new, so it’s has some improving to do (no in-house kitchen, for example). The parking advertised turned out to be find-your-own-spot on the street. The two workers i encountered were wonderful- very polite and respectful. They are best thing about the hotel. 」
「The room was very tiny, and the bed was also tiny.The room is not soundproof, and you can hear what the other person is saying in the other room. The property is very new and they have only till the 2nd floor.
But the Staff was very cooperative and helpful. With their limited service, the staff tried their best to help 」
