The apartment offers space for 2-3 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a dining table, well-equipped kitchenette, and sofa bed. It features a bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, and air conditioning. From the living area, you can access the covered balcony with seating - the perfect place to start the day with a coffee or end the evening with a glass of wine.



For additional comfort, there is a private entrance and a parking space directly at the house. WiFi is currently not available - ideal for those who really want to switch off on holiday. Particularly attractive is the house's own boat mooring directly at the pier (available on request and chargeable during peak season). A parking space for boat trailers is also available in the courtyard.



Those who wish to indulge in culinary delights can book breakfast, lunch or dinner directly on site. In the in-house tavern with a beautiful terrace directly by the sea, Mediterranean specialities, fresh fish, meat dishes, homemade vegetables and wine from their own cultivation are served – a treat for all senses.



In the nearby area, you will find several restaurants, shops, and the charming promenade of Barbat, which invites you to take walks by the water. The sandy beach is only about 20 metres from the accommodation - perfect for beach holidaymakers, families, and water sports enthusiasts. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: swimming, diving, sailing, kayaking, boat rental, or bicycle tours - there is something for everyone here.
