"We had a pleasant stay and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in early (for $25) and that worked well for us. One caution about using Expedia to book - the pictures/room descriptions on Expedia do not actually match the room types at the hotel. We specifically wanted the room that had a couch/chair sitting area showing in the picture and the booking said "Suite, 1 King Bed". The room we got at the hotel had the jacuzzi tub in the main room - not what we wanted. It also had a musty/mildew smell. They changed us the next day to the room we wanted, and it was perfect. Just something to be aware of when booking. Breakfast was good, location was handy to many things. Walls are a little thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. They are a pet friendly property, so you may hear some barking. Hot tub in the pool area was great - very warm and jets are strong. Workout room was small but met our needs for the weekend. Parking was good also."

"The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The sheets were stained, as well as the curtains. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The site said a breakfast was included with the stay, but there was no breakfast to speak of. They had honeybuns and coffee, that's all."

"House was extremely clean, very roomy for a large family gathering. Easy access in a quiet neighborhood and the host was very responsive right away. Community amenities (pool, basketball court, park) were close-by and also very well-kept. Nice dock allowed for fishing too, but would’ve been fun to have a canoe or some kind of water toy. PARKING is an issue (and someone actually got towed!). Also house needed extra towels and sheets. But overall a great stay- I would recommend."

"Rachel was a wonderful host!!! Very attentive and prompt responses to questions. We celebrated my son’s 14th birthday at this beautiful lake house!! It had a game room , paddle boards that they used , fishing off the dock, outdoor fireplace, beautiful house all together! We enjoyed BBQ outside and brought a cake to sing him happy birthday amongst family and friends!! Very functional layout and amenities! Also pet friendly which I loved because we brought along our little dog and he also love the property. There are also basketball courts, a park and a community pool down the street from property. This property is beautiful!! Highly recommend and we will definitely book it again in the near future ! "

"The house was large enough for our group. It had most of everything we needed for our stay. It has the basics for dishes in the kitchen. The coffe pot is only a 5-6 cup maker so if you like your coffee in the morning, I'd recommend bringing your own coffee maker. We didn't use the pool. The landscape by the pool area did not look anything like the photo posted online. It had a partially built brick patio. We had some plumbing issues with the master shower not draining and the kitchen sink was clogged on one side. The host did offer to send a plumber right away when we contacted them. There was complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner to use however a couple of the bottles were only half full. There were towels for use. The games provided were missing pieces. The house had a mildew smell and was in need of a deep clean too. With the minor fixes and a good cleaning we would consider staying here again. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was easy to contact and was quick to respond. "
