Spare Pad / Great Location

Stayed here for the park and botanicals gardens -amazing location and walking distance to a nice mall. Very convenient walk to new subway stop. Safe neighborhood with great restaurants and spas!! Amazing outside but inside was just ok. The furniture is cheap and old. The leather was literally coming off in large chunks. Dining table glass would move if touched. Chairs had stains. We got 3 old towels, some beds had no sheets and thin blankets. Owner did provide an electric heater as needed. However getting a hair dryer as listed took more than 48 hrs and multiple messages. It is spare so be prepared to buy basics like trash bags/liners, laundry detergent and coffee filters. Overall an older unit with a 70s vibe but clean.
