「Orlando was a great host and will stay at one of there locations again, This location was great for our family during a weekend get away to wild adventures, the mall and, all the thrift stores. Had a few small issues but lando took note to make sure they are fixed soon after we left but offered a temporary solution to the one main issue which was the oven not working but we decided to go eat out after we discovered that but lando did offer a amazing temporary solution that we considered. 「Great location. And nice house, super family friendly, good communication with the host. 」

「Fantastic, clean, and easily accessible. The only thing we didn't have access to that was listed was the garage parking. There is a huge driveway and it is a newer and nice neighborhood. We are a family of 6 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The next family trip out that way, I'll be booking this property again!」

「The stovetop was not accurate to the temperatures represented. And the oven was old and cook slow. The microwave did not work, but they did order us one countertop. The door to the patio did not close and mosquitoes and bugs and cats could get in. some of the furniture in the area was torn and needed upholstery why youclean, but there were not a lot of extras. No hangers the patio was a little dusty and dirty. There was a lot of stray cats around the area.」

「I was Extremely Disappointed, I asked specifically about the fenced in backyard,I was told it was secure,it was a mess! Holes in it spaces,and rubbish stacked in thecyard,presenting a major hazard. Needless to say, my fur babes were miserable! Ihad to leash them at all times.Thisxwas my main concern. I was very honest with the host,I just wish he'd returned the honesty!」

「Well, you get what you pay for. The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe "it is what it is." Orlando seemed like a nice guy, however, I don't recommend this place.」

「The home is in a great location close to VSU but away from the traffic. There was many restaurants near by as well. The home itself is beautiful it is an older home that has been beautifully renovated while still maintaining its original character. Rachel was a great host! She was very responsive and timely from beginning to end. Thanks for sharing your home with my family and I」
