「Handy location, rooms are a bit noisy though. Tap tag on rear gate to enter car park is in terrible position. Need to get out of car to open gate. A smart tv would be great to stream shows/movies.」

「I left something in my room after checking out, but when I came back later, the staff were super nice and helped me get it back quickly. They were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated their support. Big thanks to the team – you made my day!」

We contacted the after-hours staff, but he offered no help and even tried to blame the smell on the “previous guests”. I requested a refund for the unused 5 nights, but he said only the manager could...

「Felt like home, made to feel comfortable and welcome above than being just a paying customer」
