    4th of July in Sunland

    Hosts were very gracious. My wife and I had a good time. Clean and well kept. We will be renting again.

    Nice location for Gorge Concerts

    Beautiful lawn and landscaping to look out on and just steps from the Columbia. We were provided the names and phone numbers of shuttles to get to the concert and that worked out great. We were able to spend an extra day relaxing too.

    Enjoyed Tonil's RV spot on the Columbia River

    The proximity to the Gorge is a great asset to Tonil's space in Sunland Estates. You can be there in 10 minutes and shuttles will pick you up at your door. We really enjoyed the couples also staying with Tonil for the weekend. In spite of the busy concert weekend vibe, it was super quiet to sleep and appreciated Tonil's offer to use their paddleboards. We would stay again!

    Great Place to stay for Gorge Concerts

    Perfect place to stay for a Gorge concert. Use the shuttle to and from Sunland to the venue. Relax by the river or paddle board or swim. Should update the website to take out the comment about no dump station. It is Full Hook Up. Great place!
