A huge entire apartment!
Perfect combination of fresh and new with timeless,charming and eclectic.
- FREE 4 parkings lots and many more on street
- Each bedroom has 1 Smart and cable TV of 55" TV
- 13 beds with 2 amazing KING beds, 4 Queen, 4 bunk beds.
- 3 miles trailing walk to nature and Quincy Beach.
-The Last house on NO Outlet road and is opposite with a trailing walk to nature!

Newly built large house located at the end of a quiet road. This road will provide a peaceful retreat walking trail through out the Quincy Beach.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
**NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time after 10:00pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks after 10:00 PM. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
-No unregistered guests.Sleeping- over visitors MUST obtain prior approval from hosts to enter the property premise or your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.
**Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.
-Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund.

WELL NOTE: - BE ACCURATE about the number of guests when booking and rectify the matter before arriving. The house has 6 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 21 guests simultaneously. We will open the bedroom corresponding to the number of guests you registered on Vrbo depending on the type of bed. Thanks for your honesty!

There are security cameras OUTSIDE ONLY around the house for safety reason (entrance, parking, back yard if yes)

Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time.

Large Family Trip
We had 12 adults in our group. There was plenty of room for us. Very clean space. A nice place to sit and hang out before our day and at the end of each day. We didn't really use the kitchen so I'm not sure about that. Bathrooms had plenty of towels for our big group. Beds were comfy. We were about a 20-30 min drive from Boston unless it was during high traffic times in the morning.

Great Place for a large group
This place was perfect for our High School US History Trip. Great location. Close enough to all the historical sights with out being in the middle of the city. Nice neighborhood. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing major that affected our trip. Owner was quick to respond and take care of issues. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again. Thank You!

Clean apartment in a nice location
My family and I had a nice stay here. It’s a clean house in a nice spot by the water. The lovely walking path is out back. We had a small hiccup at the checkin, but the host was responsive and sorted it out so we had enough bedrooms for everyone. For such a place with so many beds, it didn’t have a huge living room and lacked a dishwasher, but for us, it worked out fine as we were out most of the day. If you have a house full of little kids it may get a little tight but there were lots of tvs!
