「Perfectly clean, this Hostel is a good place to stay」

「One of the best hostel stays I’ve had. Daniella and John are beyond lovely. It’s super clean. It’s GORGEOUS. Plants and colors and an incredible view of the Andes. Absolutely stay here is you’re coming to town.」

「Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. 」

「Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should invest in better kitchen utensils (pans, tissues, cutlery). The staff should check the room before check in to ensure that rooms are completely clean and in proper conditions. We had a slight issue with our room with a small animal leaving behing some waste but were immediately assigned another (better room). Food was great. 」

「Filandia is the real-deal Colombia!! Here the prices are great!! Three-House Hostel was very safe and affordable! In the morning I had to catch a bus and the bus stop is literally on the corner just down the street. It is a small town and the Hostel is located right near the town center. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the local bar. The staff is very friendly and the view on the third floor is incredible. Definitely recommend staying here!」

Both of the owners and Ms. Gladys (the house attendant) are amazing and great to work with. They helped me getting everything ready for my wife's birthday and did everything that they could to assist in any way that they could.
