Enjoyable Stay

The property was exactly as displayed on the website. We enjoyed the privacy of the location as well as the its convenience to the surrounding area. When back in the Spanish Fork area I would stay here again.

Utah get-a-way

This place was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was a basement apartment below the owners home and was quiet and comfortable. However, I would suggest the host add a lamp or two in the main bedroom so when you turn out the light at night to go to bed you can see your way back to the bed. Also I think the host should add mattress covers to the beds. When we stripped the bed in the main bedroom the mattress had stains on it that looked kinda gross.

Location perfect.

The location was within a few miles of our family's location so worked great. I would have to say the cleanliness of home was not up to our standards. The owner said he just changed cleaning companies so not sure that was the reason but disappointed in cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen area. Bedrooms were great. . Owners lived upstairs and frequent noise was heard. We were aware the owner lived there so not a big Suprise. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great big beautiful place to stay!

It was a great big beautiful place to stay with comfortable beds. It's the full basement of a very nice home with wonderful views with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. I believe the owner's son lives upstairs. If all beds were full, the one bathroom would be extremely difficult. The ad says 3 twin beds in 2 of the rooms, but there was only 2 twin beds in each -- this was fine for us, but if I was counting on those other beds I would have been upset. So it sleeps 6 people, not 8. The ad also says there is a hot tub and there is not. I was worried about the firm King bed in the main bedroom, but slept very well. The kitchen is stocked with most needed items, but I personally think there should be more things -- like more mugs and dinnerware items (to accommodate if staying with all bed full), scissors, mixing bowl, toaster, rubber spatula, and there needs to be knobs on all the cupboard doors (very inconvenient to open). We were very grateful that they allow dogs, but also grateful that it doesn't smell like dogs are allowed there! The owner also has a dog, so be prepared for that if your dog is not super friendly to other dogs.

Perfect location for us! 30 min to Provo so we had quick access for the BYU football game and tookThe train in for General Conference. Our family of 5 loved the homeyness and we also had awesome communication with the owners.

It was perfect!

We were in town for a horse competition, the house was only 8 minutes from the competition. It made it really great to be able to take my daughter to the competition, go back and hang with our little puppies!

Really lovely property, you won't know you're 5 minutes away from shopping and dining. LARGE space, it's a full basement apartment. Well equipped. Comfortable reclining sofa. Nice and clean.

Had a great anniversary trip. Be aware this is a basement apartment basically. Young age the family above you, can hear what they’re watching on Tv etc. it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but could be a deal breaker.
