「Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes.

「Bonjour j’ai adoré notre nuit passée ici , on as pris deux chambre , avec deux adultes 3 enfants , très facile à trouver , propreté irréprochable , Acceuil superbe avec un belle accent très chaleureux , et petit déjà très copieux merci à vous à très vite 」
「This is an excellent hotel, comfortably worth a higher classification than its official three stars. Our room was of a very generous size, effectively a suite, the bed was extremely comfortable, the furniture of high quality and the bathroom smart as well as highly functional. Parking, at 5 euros per night, was located conveniently at the hotel's annex just across the road. Breakfast selection was generous and the food very fresh. We dined in the hotel on both of the evenings that we were there....
