Llegaron un grupo de huéspedes en la madrugada haciendo muchísimo ruido, a pesar que otros huéspedes salieron para decirles que guardaran silencio, el personal no hizo nada, no dejaron dormir toda la noche hicieron muchísimo escándalo, la regadera tenía gotera que tampoco dejaba dormir y el cuarto olía mucho a baño, se veía poco aseado en general

La habitación era fría y con algo de humedad. Tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente de la regadera por lo que se desperdicia mucha agua; además, salpica agua hacia la parte del inodoro. Podrían poner una jerga.

Me parece bien si solo es para descansar solo que no te dan el servicio de TV por el precio que oferta la aplicación debería especificar eso. Y el lavabo tiene fuga de agua lo notifique y pues salimos del hotel y la fuga seguía.

バス停から近くて便利

バスターミナルからのバス停からも近く、周りには飲食店もあり、かつケレタロの街の見所がすべて徒歩圏内で非常に便利でした。ホテルはまだ新しく、朝からせっせとスタッフが掃除していて、全体的に清潔でしたが、キッチンが汚かったのが残念。でも、スタッフも親切で居心地が良かったです。

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, en el centro donde todo queda cerca caminando. En recepción son amables, igual en la cocina. El único tema que tuve fue que cuando llegamos la habitación aún no la habían limpiado, no habían cambiado sábanas ni sacado la basura. La TV no funcionó en toda nuestra estancia, fuimos a cambiar el control remoto, pero siguió sin funcionar, no me hizo mucha falta porque realmente solo estuve en el hotel por la noche, pero igual es un detalle que se debería revisar porque la TV viene listada en las amenidades de la habitación. Además de eso no tuve problemas, es un lugar económico, súper accesible, tranquilo y muy buena opción para una estancia agradable

En general bien, había mosquitos en la habitación, los controles de TV no funcionaban muy bien, el agua caliente a veces salía y a veces no. El internet nunca llegó a la habitación. Las camas y almohadas no estaban tan cómodas. El personal amable y servicial, la ubicación es buena.
