Terrible la Estancia

Cuando llegamos, batallaron mucho para hayar la reservacion, las 2 señoritas de recepción se hacían pelotas entre ellas, renté 3 habitaciones y me las cobraron por separado, me pidieron las ine de cada huesped y que se firmará una responsiva, nos tardamos nomás en esto cerca de 75min, porque no estan bien capacitadas y hacen mucho tramite para una habitación tan sencilla; entrando a la habitación vemos que es una litera la cama individual pero dice que máximo soporta 60kg por lo cual nadie las utilizó pues eran personas altas y esto no se nos informó en recepción nunca, por lo que tuvimos que dormir en el suelo varios. Toda la noche estuve escuchando ruidos de la puerta principal y de la tubería no dejan dormir

Pésima atención

La experiencia fue horrible. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos cobraron $100 adicionales por habitación que porque esa es la política. Le explicamos a la recepcionista que la tarifa de la aplicación era diferente, pero no hubo forma de hacerla entender. Ya era muy tarde y estabamos cansados, las habitaciones son exageradamente pequeñas.

Excelente lugar para descansar.

El hotel está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario para descansar después de un viaje de trabajo o unas vacaciones. El único detalle es la colonia y ubicación, que no está muy bonito que digamos, pero, aun así, no es inseguro. Sólo que no hay restaurantes cercanos. Pero en general, es un buen hotel.

Estoy satisfecho con este hotel.

Es un hotel con una ubicación genial pues queda cerca de vialidades principales, las instalaciones son muy limpias, la habitación es muy pequeña pero por el precio esta muy bien y muy seguro. La cama es algo dura y rígida. La tasa del baño esta dentro de un lugar muy muy pequeño y ajustado. En general me fue muy bien y lo utilice solo para dormir, no hay nada mas que hacer en el lugar. Es un lugar muy concurrido por la comunidad gay trabajadora.

Está muy bien el hotel, el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no las recomendaría ni para una pareja. Las obras en la calle hace que llegar es muy complicado.

El área está en reparaciones así que es muy difícil accesar si no eres local, el personal es impecable son muy profesionales y muy amables, siempre atentos y educados. Las instalaciones queda a desear ya que huele muy mal por la cañería de los mismos cuartos, y el cuarto es muy muy pequeño.
