Guests access via a secure building and lock box located outside the apartment. The instructions will be sent to you 3 days out from your arrival.

We are available on call between 8am and 9pm to deal with any issues during your stay. Otherwise you will have complete privacy.

The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Queenstown. This apartment has partial lake views from both deck areas.

No need for a car as the apartment is a flat easy walk into town. You can purchase a GO card for $5 on arrival and your bus fare is $2 per trip. If you do have a car then we have an allocated carpark for you to use.
Most activities in Queenstown will have transport included to activities outside the city centre and uber is also available.

Note
- The apartment is up 1 flight of stairs from the carpark/entrance or you can use the lift and then there are 1 flight of stairs once inside the apartment.
- Please be aware that the carpark space is very tight and we only recommend small hire cars
- We can provide a complimentary cot and highchair for children under 2 years old - please advise at the time of booking.
