The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Wakatipu, a 5-minute walk from the downtown Queenstown centre. It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.
Getting Around:
Being so close to town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is right across the street and It's only a 500 m walk to the shops and restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
PARKING:
There is free parking on the street outside the hotel and also behind the hotel. There is NO allocated parking spot in the car park with this studio.
You can park in the underground parking garage, at $30/night you will need to pay at reception.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.
A maximum of 2 guests allowed. The person making the booking needs to be 25 years or older... unless otherwise authorised. Please contact us if the person booking is not 25 or older.
