THE SPACE
Our home offers cosy accommodation with all new furnishings, design and fit-out. The large kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and crockery and cooking equipment to cater for your culinary needs. All bedrooms offer supremely comfortable beds, luxury linens, warm duvets and plenty of pillows. You can rest assured knowing you have everything you need to enjoy your Queenstown holiday.
The upstairs level has an expansive open plan Kitchen, Living and Dining area opening onto the balcony and taking in a sneak view of the lake. A gas fire creates a cosy ambience together with the built-in Smart TV and comfortable sofas. There is plenty of space for you to all gather over a drink (hot or cold) while preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner at the dining table. Also on this level are laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack.
Downstairs offers thee spacious queen-sized bedrooms. A family bathroom is centrally located next to the bedrooms.
This ideal holiday home offers a multitude of outdoor areas to relax in. The upstairs balcony is ideal for entertaining with a bbq. The upstairs balcony offers a sneaky peak of Lake Wakatipu whilst the downstairs garden is a place to relax or let the kids run around to burn off some energy.
Our holiday home is an easy 15-minutes drive into the heart of Queenstown's restaurants, bars, cafes and attractions. Should you wish to stretch your legs, you are just a enjoy a 10-minute walk down to The Lake. Frankton is just a 2-minute drive and you can enjoy a 5-minute flat walk to the supermarket. The bus is also located just a 2-minute walk away.

We prepare the apartment before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. You'll have access to the entire house to treat the property as your own. Please note that during your stay in the apartment will not be serviced.
Guests have access to all internal areas of the property as well as the deck.
We also love to share our wealth of experience in local activities and other recommendations with you. Please feel free to ask us for advice with any of these.
