Beautiful place perched on the mountainside overlooking Queenstown. It’s only a couple minute walk to central Queenstown. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Fabulous view on the balcony.

Perfect retreat

What an amazing boutique hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet boutique feel. Amazing bed. Amazing views of Queenstown and the surrounding area. The added touches were excellent. Lovely big room with excellent bedding. Easy walk into the centre of Queenstown. Continental breakfast was excellent. Peter and Christine were lovely hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved!!!

The amount of attention to detail at this hotel is absolutely incredible! You can tell that someone has put so much thought into every corner of this lovely little boutique, from fresh baked Anzac biscuits to makeup remover satchels. My room was immaculate. The mattress was comfortable. The view was lovely. The location was ideal. There's also a comfy lounge area, some tables outside, and a bright breakfast room.

Very friendly staff. On arrival was personally greeted and given a tour of the important features of the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed and even included hand made biscuits and chocolate fish !

Great Place to Stay in Queenstown

Lovely hotel....more personal than the bigger hotels. In a great location with fantastic views. The room was spotless, very well equipped and the beds are so comfy. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be staying again!

Charming B&B with comfort of home

Friendly and Comfortable

Very comfortable environment, 3 minutes walk away from the town centre but still nice and quiet. Paul and Frankie are great operators and will definitely stay here next time I'm in QT. Even allowed me a late check out so that I could leave for my 1pm flight straight from the hotel. Cheers!!

A wonderful stay.

This hotel is simply wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for Franky, and all staff we met were helpful and engaging. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated, with views over the town below.

A Boutique Hotel in every aspect !

We were very pleased and satisfied with this hotel in every aspect. The staff is very friendly, professional and passionate for what they do. Every room is taken care with detail, since the bedding, towels, pillows and toiletries to different kinds of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cookies and cups of wine in room. The breakfast time you cannot skip, you have the option of a continental breakfast for those in a hurry or you can wait for the day special or any cook to order you wish and they will bring you this beautiful decorated plate to enjoy. Also, every room has a balcony with a beautiful view to Queenstown lake with the mountains in the background that even in the winter you want to spend some time there. The hotel location is also a plus since you do not need a car to go to town, you just walk 2 blocks down and you are already there. The only The only thing a could recommend to make it 100% is a washer and dryer available for the guests

The kindest most helpful hosts. Great location I missed out on the community breakfasts because I was there in off season. The owners couldn’t have been any kinder and more supportive and accommodating. My room had fantastic views of the Remarkables. Great value ! 5/5 recommended

Perfect spot

The host and hostess at Brown's Boutique Hotel was the icing on the cake to our stay in Queenstown. This location is operated more like a quaint countryside inn with the owners catering to almost need. The custom made to order breakfast was the perfect start to every day. If we are back to this part of the world, it wouldn't be as grand without staying here again!
