The Space

This modern home offers 138 sqm of space over two levels. The living areas and two of the bedrooms enjoy beautiful views over the lake and The Remarkables.



Construction notice: There is ongoing construction next to the property as the neighbourhood continues to grow. Work starts at 7:00 AM and finishes at 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and guests may hear noise during these hours. The home has double-glazed windows, and the construction does not block the wider views of The Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu or the surrounding mountains.



Layout: Two levels, connected by one internal staircase.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms. Two have views over the lake and The Remarkables.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms: two ensuites and one separate bathroom. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower, and the master ensuite also has a bathtub.

Living areas: Open-plan living area with a smart TV and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, extractor fan, dishwasher and microwave.

Balcony: Connected to the living area, with two chairs for enjoying the view.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: There is one set of internal stairs with 18 steps.

Power: Running too many appliances at the same time may trip the power.

Fire alarm: The fire alarm is sensitive. Please take care when cooking and keep the extractor fan on.

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you’re staying more than 5 days, we’d recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter.

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
