There was hair on the floor when we got there. Toilet was stained and not cleant properly either. Mattress was not very comfortable either. On the day of our arrival when we were lost and called - a lady answered our call and she said someone would call us back but we never got a call back and spent 10-15 mins trying to find the place at...
