This was our first Super 8 Hotel stay, and we were absolutely delighted. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the pool, waterslide, and hot tub were also very clean and in great working condition. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel through Quebec City!

The room was clean and comfortable The staff was very kind and helpful. the breakfast was good. The parking was good, but was a little bit confusing to find he entry because, it was next to another parking, we ended in the wrong parking a couple of times.

Good things! -Affordable price -Staff was great and building is clean ! However, Bad things... -Pool was extremely shallow (quite clearly only for kids) -Hot tub is meant for 2-3 people tops (4 people would all be touching knees) -Breakfast was toast, muffins and yogurt.. not even some scrambled eggs lol. If your a family looking to keep your kids busy it works but if your a couple or single person I highly recommend spending the extra to go somewhere else.

Nice big and quiet room with a good breakfast. The internet connection was working great, There was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator, so no place to put my ice packs. The refrigerator is very small. I did not have place for everything. Parking was a bit tricky. There was almost no space left. The microwave oven was not clean and there was not enough shower gel in the shower.

The common areas were fairly clean. All staff were always helpful and friendly. The bedding was clean and it was nice that they didn’t have carpet in rooms. The walls could use a wipe down and the corners of the floor/base in the washroom was showing signs of grime and staining, the ceiling was also stained. It wasn’t terrible but it also wasn’t perfect. The pool was ok, the hot tub jets didn’t work and there was something missing on the bottom so there was a bit of a hole in the floor. By the end of our stay the floor of the pool surround was quite dirty and the chlorine was almost too strong to stay longer than 30 minutes.

For anyone traveling with the intent of using the splash pad that is pictured it is no longer in service. The water slide is good for older kids, the bottom ejection area renders the pool unswimmable, so if you have younger kids that want to swim maybe skip this one. The hotel offers add ons such as early check in and late checkout; however, I would absolutely not recommend using their website as we were approved for a 3 pm checkout only to be told in person 2 pm was the best they could do, followed by two phone calls that confirmed 2 pm and a third phone call later saying 1 pm was latest their manager would approve which as you can imagine added stress to our trip as we planned and paid for an activity to take our son to that we wouldn't have had we known our original 3 pm checkout that was approved would no longer be an option. Two more phone calls and they said 3 pm would be fine, but at this point we had already started gearing up to leave our activity as we were worried they would let our pets out of room. The breakfast was always so busy we never got to try it, as when a table finally opened most things were out of stock. Caulking needs to be refreshed in the Jacuzzi tubs and showers as they are visible cracked and discoloured. Location was good, I would likely stay in the area again but not this hotel specifically.

The size of the room was good. Had 3 double beds. Two issues. First the humidity of the room, water running down windows. The pool had way to much chlorine. As soon as we walked into the room with the pool, our eyes were burning. That was before we even went into the pool!
