Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Fully automated hotel, no lift, no one to assist. Advert did not show no lift, but deception by omission does not make it okay. We had a terrible experience with the management, as I had two knee replacements which did not allow me to drag luggage up two floors of narrow spiral staircase. No assistance available. We fought for over a month to get our deposit refunded.
