This hotel was very clean and quiet. We had a very easy check-in process as well as parking. Walking into the old city from this hotel is very easy.This hotel made our stay in Québec very pleasant.

Easy self check in , quick answers to questions and super clean. There is a lot of homeless people right around the hotel, but there are not bothering at all

Staff/owner at the Rose were very prompt and helpful with my booking that I made a few days before the stay. The minor downside is that a lot of homeless people appear to stay and/or wander through the area, which can make you uncomfortable or potentially feel unsafe: we didn't have any problems though.

It's a very cute place for a quick getaway in Quebec city. The location is perfect if you looking for good food and night life. The room is clean and nicely organized. Assuming it's based on room availability, but the room was a tad small. but the room design made it worth it. I would stay again and would recommend to a friend. There is a nice running path that you can explore if you need to burn a few calories.

This property was very spacious and I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to do laundry or cook their own food. We did not manage to get free parking at the hotel as it was all booked up but the $20 parking was only 1 minute away. If you don't mind hiking up to Old Quebec this is a good stay.

Excellent! The room was very clean and new. It had a kitchen and a coffee machine, which was very convenient. The location was close to all the attractions — everything was within walking distance, including popular restaurants. Highly recommended! The actual room looked even better than in the photos.

Our Hôtel suite was above our expectations. The suite had everything we required, a small kitchenette plus table and stools to eat at, coffee bar, fridge, nice big shower. It was very nicely decorated, clean and modern. Communication to the hotel was very easy and response was very quick. Its location was good and walkable to near by coffee shops, restaurants and old Quebec. We would love to stay here again if we visit Quebec again.

I stayed a night in rose hotel, it doesn’t have parking space I had to pay extra for parking, the bed was very uncomfortable even my husband get sick, it doesn’t have reception facilities, very small spaces, doesn’t have elevators ,and I didn’t like the location as well I will never come again and I am not recommending for anyone else.

Homelessness in the area was unexpected, but I experienced no panhandling or intrusion. Lots of local shopping and quality restaurants. Not far from city center but the walk is rather uphill and strenuous. The newly renovated apt style room was stylish, roomy, clean and well appointed. If you are fit and need no onsite services it was a great deal. I would definitely return.

Very unique hotel offered at reasonable rates during off-season. Business model for hotel is staff free so combination lock is sent at noon time to your email for entry. Room for 3 people was spacious with full kitchenette set. Very convenient as hotel is not setup to provide breakfast. Walked to Old Quebec City. Did try to communicate via email and phone call with a question but neither means responded. Otherwise, no issues with hotel. I am not sure why Orbitz listed parking available onsite and 1 vehicle per booking as the public parking garage advised to stay was about 3-4 minute walk. $20 Canadian in/out or $15 Canadian 24hr max with no re-entry. Pricing is fair but garage can fill up at times. Wi-Fi was reliable and room very clean. Maybe change hallway lights to LED with higher lumens as to better see keypad to door.

L’hôtel est très agréable et presque irréprochable. Toutefois une soirée se tenait au Bira et Basta juste en face. À partir de 23 h, le volume sonore, en particulier les basses, faisait littéralement vibrer les murs de notre chambre. Ce type de nuisance est inacceptable dans un établissement de cette qualité. Il serait important qu’un accord soit trouvé afin d’éviter que de tels désagréments ne se reproduisent.

Le lit était trop dur pour moi et l'air climatisé fesait un peu de bruit mais sinon c'était parfait. Facile d'entrée avec le code, parking facile d'accès, la déco est vraiment belle.

Nous avons aimé la proximité du stationnement sous terrain, de l'épicerie Métro au coté, du vieux Québec a 20 minutes a pied, de l'intérieur parfait autant la propreté que la déco. Ce qui nous a déplu les bars en bas (les hurlements des clients et la musique trop forte) et beaucoup d'itinérants. Mais sinon tout était parfait ! Merci!
