Le Bonaparte (rooftop pool and gym!)

  • Beautiful air-conditioned condo located on the 5th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, a gym, a lounge area.
    Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.
    Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance.

    The beds in the bedrooms are queen size including the sofa bed that has been chosen for its comfort. Washer-dryer in the apartment. Wanted decoration, 9-foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig dishwasher and filter and capsule coffee maker, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort!

    Walking distance to St-Joseph Street, restaurants, cafés, grocery store (less than 1 minute), bakery and bars in the hip St-Roch district.
    The walkscore website grants 96 to the condo location!
    Also nearby: Old Quebec, Château Frontenac, Plaines D’Abraham, Grande-Allée, Rue St-Jean and Petit-Champlain.

Host was very responsive. Check in was easy. Condo had everything we needed and the location worked with a short ride to old Quebec and Plains of Abraham. We had a wonderful holiday vacation in Quebec. The city is magical at Christmas. Cold so be prepared.

Great property, exactly as advertised

We had a lovely stay at this Condo! Easy check-in, nice, clean and comfortable. Nothing but nice interactions with others in the building during our stay as well. I'd highly recommend!
