Easy check-in process and access to the room. Close to central tourism are of Old Québec City fortifications, shops, restaurants. We have not seen any staff, yet everything went fine. This heritage building could use some renovations, bathroom bath laminate layers was chipped, seal was missing and wet corner brimming with minuscule bugs, ceiling finish is leaking off and crown moulding parts are missing. Overall though the rest is clean and comfortable. Room layout was interesting, never seen this before, two beds facing across the room, sink, counter and mirror in the center of the corridor facing wall with separate room for toilet and bath shower.

This is not a 4 star hotel, but if you're ok with no amenities and a clean bed, this is a great place. We had a superior room so plenty of space, the building is very old so don't expect a modern interior. We'd stay here again if were ever coming back, 5 star location.

It was conveniently located in Old Quebec City. No staff but information was provided via text messages. No elevator and we had to go up 2 flights to our rooms. Should note this in the profile.

Room was clean and quite large and thankfully only on the second floor out of 4 floors as there is no elevator. Check-in service was easy even with no staff on sight but some questions can take up to 12 hrs to respond on the app. Breakfast provided was good with many cold and hot options and at the sister hotel across the street. Great location being in old Quebec city. City garage parking is close by but down quite a hill. Recommend dropping off luggage as there is short term parking across the street before parking vehicle.
