The breakfast is only free when you book straight through hotel, otherwise it is $14.49, and it’s a continental breakfast, so we didn’t stay for breakfast…..but everything else about hotel was very good

This was such a gem of a hotel. Did not plan to stay here, but so glad we did. The rooms are large, modern and clean. It felt like a little luxury. The ends were comfortable. Also, the staff were so friendly and helpful! We hope to return to this hotel chain.

The stay was good but not entirely worth it. We paid a lot for our room which did not include breakfast nor parking. Some consideration should be given on either including breakfast and parking with every stay. Or at least provide a discount.

No fault to the hotel but for Expedia when searching for a hotel in old Quebec City and this hotel came up. It’s not in Quebec City. Though disappointed it wasn’t where we had hoped to stop we were very happy with the hotel its self. The safety feature of the use of room cards to use the elevator was very appreciated!! It’s super clean and modern. The staff were very helpful offering restaurant locations.

Way over priced. Then to charge $12.99 a person for breakfast that is only continental. No hot foods is crazy. The internet was terrible and even data hardly worked. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Newer property. Still like new. Room are modern. Parking garage was amazing and safe. Didn’t like that the room was not attended to during our 4 nights stay. When to front desk on two occasions to get fresh towels and didn’t have them delivered. For the price you pay towels changed daily is a must.

Checked in late and staff were great in helping us and spoke English. We had a late drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary and the concierge helped us to get a table across the road. Great hotel and location. We were only passing through on the way to New Brunswick so needed a one night stop. Close to highway but also only 5 k to old Quebec if you wanted to go into the city for dinner or a visit. Staff were kind and helpful and the room was very nice. Big, clean but have to admit the AC was quite noisy. Glad to have it nonetheless. Bed was super comfortable. Parking was included so that was nice as well.
