This apartment is beautiful, very clean and full of amenities. The owner was very thoughtful furnishing with everything that you might need away from home. I was very pleased to find a few coffee pods available after my 6 hours driving. Besides the detailed instructions still confusing for first time travelers to Quebec City finding the parking, however was very satisfied to have it included. Overall a very good place to stay.

Great Peewee 64 stay!

Very nice, clean apartment. We tried to connect our computer to a different GDMI input on the tv, but it wouldn’t let us do that. Is that something you can offer your guests. The bathroom sin drains very slowly. But overall, a great stay! Thank you very much!

Nice Clean Place

The apartment was modern and clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood right behind the building had some homeless but we were never bothered. One of the really nice things about the location was that it was a short walk to the upper/lower old town areas and lots of cafes and restaurants.

Great spot

We had a great stay this property. The property was clean and safe. The owner was very good at communicating with us. Probably the only downside is the parking is in a parkade that has a lot of homeless people in or near it. We would come back again.

Not what I expected

I took this trip with my family. We were 3 adults and 1 toddler The building itself seems to be new but lots of construction just outside. This created noise at night too. Also the unit is on the second floor so basically the workers were outside our window many times Air conditioning is ONLY in the living room through a wall unit. The unit was super hot at night. The central AC does not work, nor was it mentioned in the listing or the arrival instructions. After a lot of requests, the property manager sent is a fan. VRBO also promised to call back which they didn't and will never use their service again. Also there is no parking with the unit and parking can be 14 dollars a day Overall, not a great experience so before booking please find out all the details
