The staff literally couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming us, helping with luggage, booking activities and every interaction in between, everyone was very helpful, spoke beautiful English and made our trip very enjoyable. "Clean room, but very strong smell of bleach when I arrived in my room, pool lovely, breakfast basic. If you want to go around the best thing to have car . The hotel is far from faro city bus costs one way 5.50 and after 8 no buss go twords zodiac hotel. Uber is way cheaper than local tax . Uber cost around 13 euro but local taxi will charge you 35 euro. Bus stop is close to hotel like 3 minutes walk. Beach around 10 minutes. "

"Room was lovely , but amenities were not great, 2 sunbeds in 20degree sun , made pool are uninviting. Lots of flies buzzing about the breakfast room and nothing covered over. No lobby bar Ava"
