"There was no free breakfast or coffee. When we arrived the one elevator was broken and then the other one broke. There was no pool, there was a fireplace outside and it wasn’t working. The lights in the parking lot barely worked. The refrigerator froze everything inside it. The positive thing was the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect."
