「we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again」

「We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. There were however a few things that were missing, There was an ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer though it was mentioned as an amenity, and a light bulb was missing from the vanity light fixture.
