"Everything at the inn was great. The problem I had was with your staff. I concluded my business early and wanted to cancel my last night there and go back home. The inn’s staff told me it was fine with them but because I went through Expedia that they had to authorize it. After an hour on chat with your staff I was told that the Days Inn policy was I could not cancel or change my reservation after 1 September. Your website even says that. But the Days Inn staff said they’ve worked there for years and never heard of that policy. So it sounds like your staff member Irfan, yes that was his chat name, lied to me. I’d like to have a straight answer. After decades of booking reservations through you i think I deserve that."
