Near to old landmark of Qingdao.

It's amazing. The reception took care guest with understanding and the hotel atmosphere is really romantic. Restaurant served plenty of good taste breakfast but because room is rather small so staff clear table too fast. The overview of satisfactory is 4.2 from 5.

失望した。

場所が分かりにくい。中国語名の表記が無いのでタクシーで辿り着くのも困難だ。 公園の一部にあるが、ホテルへ通じる道は1か所しかなく分かりにくい。 設備が古いのは良い点もあるが、全体的に黴臭く、フロント周辺は下水の匂いで酷い。 風呂場に換気扇が無く、非常に不快な滞在だと感じた。

Historically relevant

This hotel is set in the older part of Qingdao. It is a beautiful property. The hotel itself is a bit dated but nice. Beds are hard and toilets are fancy! Staff is very helpful!

Great Hotel in Old Buildings

Great location for my purpose. I booked 2 standard rooms but was told not available. The hotel offered us a free-upgrade - a 3-bedroom suite with large family room, all in the attics of an older building. Tired of modern hotels, we gladly accepted.

The picture shows the neibour museum. I expected to stay in a castle, but it is the guessroom building of the castle. Disapointing. Mold in the room. Overpriced!

旧市内に近く歩いて回れる

旧ドイツ総督邸宅の横で見晴らしも良く、旧市内の観光地にも歩いていけます。地下鉄駅も10分かからないぐらいです。便利でクラッシック、朝飯も文句ないです。

nice chill castle

Me and my girl friend booked a suite, We liked the view outside, and the castle is pretty chill, very quite place. No body can bother you over there, and the service is good too. front desk call the text for us to the airport, the breakfast was good too. the room was clean, but there was cigarette butt on the balcony otherwise it will be perfect. over all we had a good time.

Great Getaway

A friend and I stayed for just one night. It was a great, cute hotel right next to the German ex-Governor's Mansion Museum. Easy walk to a bunch of things. Staff was great.

ビジネス利用の為に不便な思いをしましたが、 観光では非常に良いホテルでしょう。 洋館の雰囲気でお洒落です。 朝食のレストランなども中国とは思えない雰囲気でした。 料理のレベルは中国そのものでしたが(笑)

酒店位置在青岛市南老城区，紧邻信号山公园，迎宾馆的后面。可以早起去信号山。环境清幽，类似城堡的建筑风格，分红堡绿堡，有书吧有儿童活动区，有片草地上养了几只小兔子，孩子最喜欢的地方了。酒店的前台服务不错，有问题都耐心解答。有洗漱用品和拖鞋，每天有两瓶免费矿泉水。第一天入住还有欢迎果盘送。缺点一个是没有电梯，楼层不高，行李要提上提下。一个是打出租不是很方便，最好用滴滴打车或者让前台帮忙叫车。

热情的客服，一般的设施和早餐

大堂接待人员非常热情，地处老市区，出外打车或是公交还是比较方便的。 房间设施相对价格来说一般，儿童游乐区没人管理比较脏。 中餐厅的确性价比很高值得推荐。不过早餐的确如其他人所说不尽如人意，配面包的居然是植物黄油，这个也太不健康了。牛奶和果汁也都是冲调的。 总的来说性价比一般，不过服务人员还是值得表扬的。

It's an overall good hotel, especially when you are planning for a relaxing trip. Staff are nice and helpful and are willing to introduce Tao to you. It's graceful in the way its built - European style of building. Food can be very much improved. Hygiene of room and the hotel overall can be improved - dead bodies of mosquitoes can be found in shower room. Overall experience is OK

非常好的酒店，无论是楼道还是房间都充斥着一种浪漫、整洁、干净、精致、极具艺术情调，上下车有服务人员热心的帮助开车门，行李员彬彬有礼，进入客房会详细耐心的介绍房间的各项设施，非常绅士。当我打不开保险箱时，服务人员迅速赶到耐心解决，让我感到每位服务人员高质量的服务品质。住在怡堡会让人充分感受到酒店人性化的管理理念，有为小朋友准备的游乐设施、小沙坑、喂小兔子等，连书吧都有特别为小朋友准备的儿童书籍。特别推荐酒店的中餐厅，厨师技艺精湛，每道菜都是经典，连一向对菜品要求颇为苛刻的老父亲都夸赞：“挑不出毛病”。且回到家还在念叨怡堡中餐厅的菜品。总体来说，对怡堡酒店非常满意，不仅推荐给朋友入住，而且下次去青岛还要住在怡堡，因为住在哪里就像回到了家一样温暖。
