「Si era apta para mascotas」

「It was a bad experience because there was no air conditioning, the breakfast was bad, there was a dead cockroach in the closet, and they didn't come to clean the room or change the sheets, towels, or toilet paper. It's the first time I've had to experience something like this, and we had to go to another place to stay.」

If you don’t have decent clearance under your car, consider arranging a pick-up with the reception for the drive down to the accommodation. We will be back!」

「The staff: Shirley, Taylor and Carmen were very friendly. Property grounds are very large and beautiful. The view from our balcony was incredible. The decór throughout the hotel is very charming. It does feel like a village from the movie Encanto. The only issue is that food options are limited in the evening. Breakfast can be improved and the jacuzzi looked dated. Otherwise, I would highly recommend El Eden for a relaxing getaway.」

Overall, this is a grat place to stay if you love nature and are planning to visit Cocora Valley, Salento and Filandia.」
