Completely off-grid, The Rocks Studio is perched high amongst giant, granite boulders on a one hundred acre, working, sheep property. It enjoys truly spectacular views– near and far– across the Great Dividing Range. The superb landscape is a magnet for artists and photographers. As well, far from city lights, The Rocks is a star gazers paradise. An hour from Melbourne– a million miles from care.

The space
The Rocks Studio is completely separate from the main house. It is accessed via 6 steps and through a terraced, dry-stone walled garden. The property has remarkable views across open paddocks strewn with huge granite boulders. A perfect place to experience a sense of vastness under an endless sky.

Guest access
The curtilage area around the main house is approximately two acres. Parking is available in the main car park. The Studio is a 40 meter walk through a terraced garden set among large granite boulders.

Apart from our well designated private rear courtyard the entire property is yours to explore and enjoy.
