"We were 4 families totaling 15 persons with kids ranging from 7 to 19 years old. The room arrangements worked perfectly for us and all rooms had large en-suite bathrooms which were great. The main livings area was well equipped and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for mealtimes. The pool and steam room were a great addition and perfect for un-winding after a day on the slopes. We had some very minor issues on the first couple of days but the owner was quick to respond and send someone to resolve them. All in all, a perfect property for large groups and excellently placed for access to ski lifts, ski schools and surrounding bars, restaurants and shops."

"What a gem of a hotel. Lovely people, immaculate rooms and everything works just fine. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for family friendly, warm, homely and extremely good value then this is the place! A few mins from the slopes, 30 seconds from a supermarket, plenty of warm water at the end of the day, lovely views, good coffee and brekkie… nothing whatsoever to complain about!! "DONT RENT - The apartment was decent and everything went smooth. However after having the agency inspect the apartment before departure and telling us everything was good. They they sent an email saying due to unfolded duvets we are charged 90 for cleaning. Be very careful in renting under this agency as they will scam you for cleaning fees The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful - should seek new agency. "

"My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for. To make matters worse, the elevators were broken during our stay, and no one from management seemed to care. There was no offer to move us, no apology, and no attempt at compensation. We felt completely ignored. For a brand that markets itself on comfort and quality, this was a huge letdown. We would caution others to double-check what you’re really getting before booking."
